We provide expertise in design, development, and qualification of a variety of electrical and electronic products for business jet and general aviation aircraft, including air data instruments, engine data acquisition units, fuel gauging systems, and aircraft power distribution. Our Designated Engineering Representative (DER) Consultant will work with your team to ensure your products meet FAA regulations.

- Over 20 years experience in military and commercial aerospace, including detail design & installation, qualification tests, and software for electrical & electronic equipment/systems, aircraft instruments, and fuel gauging systems.
- HondaJet HA-420 (Honda Aircraft Company) - Provided engineering support for client's electrical power group, developing and reviewing aircraft and component design, test, safety, and certification substantiation documentation.
- Boeing 707 (US Air Force/US Navy) - Developed and fielded replacement fuel gauging system for legacy military 707 aircraft.
- B-52 (US Air Force) - Developed and fielded replacement fuel flow indicators for legacy military B-52 aircraft.
- Airbus A330-200 (DAe Systems) - Re-verified oxygen quantity calculation unit software for crew safety (DO-178B, Level C to Level B).
- Engine Interface Unit (Various Customers) - Developed an easily-configurable engine interface unit for dual engine turboprop transport aircraft aircraft. Obtained FAA Technical Standard Order (TSO) authorizations under C43c, Temperature Instruments.
- Bombardier Global Express (Rockwell-Collins) - Developed remotely controlled AC and DC secondary power distribution units for cabin electronics.
- Barometric Altimeter/Mini-ADC (Honeywell) - Developed RVSM-compliant barometric altimeter and air data computer for over 20 different business turbojet and turbopropeller aircraft, including both OEM and aftermarket customers. Obtained FAA TSO authorizations under C10b, Pressure-Actuated, Sensitive-Type Altimeter, C88a, Automated Pressure Altitude Reporting Code-Generating Equipment, and C106, Air Data Computer.
